Certificate in Public Administration
The Certificate in Project Planning and Management at Uganda Pentecostal University provides learners with foundational skills in project design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Direct Entry

Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or its equivalent, with at least five passes including English and Mathematics.

Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) with at least two principal passes obtained at the same sitting.

Essential subjects may include: Economics, Entrepreneurship, Mathematics, Geography, Literature, Computer Studies, and other business-related subjects.

General Paper is desirable.
Diploma Entry

A relevant Diploma in Public Administration or any related field from a recognized institution.

Diploma holders may be admitted to Year Two of the DJR programme, subject to credit evaluation.
Mature Age Entry

Applicants aged 25 years and above with UCE or its equivalent may be admitted after passing the Mature Age Entry Examination, as per NCHE guidelines.
