Dr. Maggie Kigozi
CHANCELLOR
Dr. Maggie Kigozi is a medical doctor trained at Makerere University who later became an Associate and Honorary Professor of Economics, combining medical, academic, and business leadership. She is best known for serving as the first woman Executive Director of the Uganda Investment Authority, where she led Uganda’s investment promotion for over a decade and helped transform the country’s investment climate. She has also held major leadership roles as Chancellor of Uganda Pentecostal University, a board member of several national and international institutions, and a champion for women’s entrepreneurship and youth development in Africa.

Prof. Pelucy Ntambirweki
VICE-CHANCELLOR
Prof. Pelucy Ntambirweki is a Ugandan academic leader and the Vice Chancellor of Uganda Pentecostal University (UPU), appointed to the position in June 2023 after serving as the university’s Deputy Vice Chancellor (Administration) since 2019. She brings over 30 years of management and leadership experience, including senior roles with international organizations such as the World Bank Group and UNICEF in multiple African countries. Under her leadership at UPU, she is focused on advancing quality education, institutional growth, and strategic partnerships that enhance teacher training and access to higher learning.
