Prof. Pelucy Ntambirweki
VICE-CHANCELLOR
Prof. Pelucy Ntambirweki is a Ugandan academic leader and the Vice Chancellor of Uganda Pentecostal University (UPU), appointed to the position in June 2023 after serving as the university’s Deputy Vice Chancellor (Administration) since 2019. She brings over 30 years of management and leadership experience, including senior roles with international organizations such as the World Bank Group and UNICEF in multiple African countries. Under her leadership at UPU, she is focused on advancing quality education, institutional growth, and strategic partnerships that enhance teacher training and access to higher learning.

HENDRY MIKE ALETA
ACADEMIC REGISTRAR
Mr. Mike Hendry Aleta is the Academic Registrar of Uganda Pentecostal University, a position he has held since 2017. He is an experienced academic administrator with over ten years of service in higher education administration and academic governance. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Uganda Pentecostal University and has served the University in various capacities, including Assistant Deputy Registrar and Assistant Lecturer at the Grotius School of Law & Professional Studies. In his academic role, he contributed to the teaching of Fundamentals of Criminal Law and the Nature and History of Torts.
As Academic Registrar, Mr. Aleta is responsible for the coordination and management of academic affairs, including admissions, registration, examinations, academic records, and compliance with University policies and National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) requirements. His service is guided by professionalism, integrity, and commitment to academic standards and institutional excellence.

PROF. JOHN KABAGAMBE
UNIVERSITY BURSAR
Prof. John Kabagambe is the University Bursar of Uganda Pentecostal University (UPU), where he provides strategic leadership and oversight of the University’s financial management and resource stewardship. In this role, he is responsible for budgeting, financial planning, expenditure control, and financial reporting in support of the University’s academic and institutional objectives.
He is a finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in public and private sector financial management, including higher education institutions. His expertise spans financial governance, internal controls, and institutional budgeting frameworks.
Prof. Kabagambe works closely with University Management, the Finance Committee, and Council to promote transparency, accountability, and financial sustainability. Through his stewardship, he continues to play a key role in strengthening the financial stability and long term growth of Uganda Pentecostal University.

ANDREW BYONA
UNIVERSITY SECRETARY
Pastor Dr. K. L. Dickson is a distinguished Christian leader, theologian, and educator with a PhD in Theology. He is the Founder and President of K. L. Dickson Ministries International (KLDMI) and World Evangelical Ministries (WEM), overseeing more than 1,600 churches across Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
As Senior Pastor of Christian Fellowship Cathedral, Fort Portal, and Founder of King of Kings College, Dr. Dickson is committed to spiritual growth, academic excellence, and community transformation.
His leadership, vision, and servant hearted approach contribute significantly to the governance and strategic direction of Uganda Pentecostal University.

ERIC NDOMBI HABU
DEAN OF STUDENTS
Mr. Eric Ndombi Habu is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and the Dean of Students at Uganda Pentecostal University, a position he has held since 2017. He provides leadership in student welfare, discipline, guidance, and holistic student development.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Uganda Pentecostal University and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. In addition, he serves as a Moot Court Trainer in the Grotius School of Law. As Dean of Students, he oversees student discipline and leadership structures, promotes ethical conduct, and supports a safe and values-driven learning environment.

JOSHUA JULIUS MUGYENYI
QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER
Mr. Mugyenyi Joshua Julius is the Quality Assurance Manager at Uganda Pentecostal University and an experienced academic leader in quality assurance and academic governance. He is responsible for coordinating curriculum development, monitoring academic programmes, and ensuring compliance with National Council for Higher Education and Ministry of Education standards.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from Makerere University and is a PhD candidate in Management Sciences (International Business) at Kampala International University. With over fifteen years of experience in academic leadership, including service as Dean and Lecturer, he plays a key role in strengthening institutional quality and academic standards at UPU.
