Certificate in Public Administration

The Certificate in Project Planning and Management at Uganda Pentecostal University provides learners with foundational skills in project design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The programme introduces key concepts in budgeting, resource management, report writing, and community-focused planning, giving students practical tools to support development initiatives.

Graduates are prepared for entry-level roles in NGOs, community projects, government agencies, and private sector programmes, and can advance into the Diploma in Project Planning and Management to deepen their expertise and expand career opportunities.
